1 Draft
See Drawing (Spinning) ———————— The order of drawing-in the warp threads through the eyes of the healds for weaving. The general principle is that those threads that work alike are drawn on the same stave. To avoid crowding the healds, those for weaving plain fabrics, poplins, etc., often have the ends drawn on four or six heald staves. It is a feature of weaving by healds, particularly those operated by dobbies, that very large and intricate patterns can be woven on 16 staves or less. Some drafts are so simple that they are known in the trade by name as those illustrated. Straight Over, shown at SO, in which one thread only is drawn on each stave consecutively from front to back. Skip Shaft, shown at SS, in which the threads are drawn on four staves instead of two, staves 1 and 2, and 3 and 4, being tied together to permit their operation by plain weave tappets. Point Draft, shown at P, where the first part of the draft is straight over from front to back and then returns from back to front. Double Point Draft, shown at DP, where the draft is straight over twice and from back to front twice. Broken Drafts are those not capable of being reduced to any simple regular order. 4 Design, Draft And Lifting Plan
DESIGN, DRAFT and LIFTING PLANThese three weaving terms are related to each other. Design refers to the manner in which the warp threads interweave with the weft. Draft is a term describing the manner in which the warp threads are drawn through the heald eyes. The lifting plan is the order in which the healds are lifted. In a tappet loom it indicates the manner in which the healds are tied to the tappet treadles. In the illustration A shows the design of a 4-shaft twill, B shows the draft on four heald staves, and C shows the lifting plan

7 direct collection order
непосредственно инкассируемое платежное требование.Тратта (draft), переводный вексель (bill of exchange) или аналогичный документ, представленный банком, действующим от имени трассанта (drawer) либо держателя, для акцепта (accept) или оплаты трассату (drawee). К представляемому платежному требованию могут прилагаться другие документы (коносамент, товарная квитанция и др.). Такое платежное требование называется документарным. Подразумевается, что сопроводительные документы будут освобождены банком только после акцептования или оплаты расчетного средства трассатом. Платежное требование без сопроводительных документов называется чистым (см. clean bill). Обычно трассант или держатель использует для представления платежного требования предложенную банком форму непосредственной инкассации, содержащую инструкции на случай отказа от акцептования или оплаты документа и устанавливающую сроки получения процента и его размер и др. Форма и сопроводительные документы к ней (если они имеются) пересылаются банку, являющемуся корреспондентом банка трассанта по месту проживания трассата. Этот банк, которому поручается таким отразом представить расчетное средство трассату, должен войти в контакт с ним на предмет решения вопросов, связанных с акцептом или оплатой расчетного средства. В зависимости от инструкций, приведенных в форме непосредственной инкассации, акцептованное средство может удерживаться представившим его банком до наступления срока платежа либо возвращаться трассанту.
